We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to the conditions below. Our standard return and warranty coverage is 30 days from the date of delivery.
This policy is designed to protect customers when a product has a quality-related issue, while also clearly explaining the return conditions for non-quality-related situations.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery if the product has a quality-related issue, including but not limited to:
Damage during shipping
Visible scratches or cracks
Broken mounting tabs
Deformation
Missing essential parts
Incorrect item received
Defects that make the product unusable or impossible to install

2. Non-Quality-Related Returns
Returns or refund requests based on the following reasons are not covered under free return shipping:
Wrong item ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Personal preference
Expectation mismatch
Vehicle compatibility mistake caused by incorrect ordering
Inability to complete installation due to lack of tools, experience, or professional assistance
For approved non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for a $50 return shipping fee.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The product must be:
Unused
Uninstalled
Undamaged
Unmodified
In its original packaging
Returned with all accessories, labels, parts, and documents included
You may also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been:
Painted
Welded
Cut
Drilled
Modified
Installed
Attempted to be installed
Damaged during installation
Returned without approval
Lambdauto is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, lack of tools, lack of experience, or installation performed incorrectly.
Before installation, please carefully inspect the product, including the grille body, mounting points, tabs, threads, lights, wiring, and accessories.
If you are not familiar with installation, we recommend asking a professional mechanic or experienced installer for help before starting.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Once we receive your photos and order information, our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
6. Exchanges
We only replace products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, mis-sized, or have a confirmed quality-related issue.
If your exchange request is approved, we may offer a replacement product, replacement parts, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
For installation-related issues, our team may ask for photos or additional information to help confirm whether the issue is caused by the product itself, vehicle compatibility, or installation method.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address by email.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved.
Please do not send returns to our company registration address or office address.
8. Return Shipping Fee
For quality-related issues:
If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, such as damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, or an incorrect item, Lambdauto will cover the return shipping cost.
For non-quality-related reasons:
If the customer ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, no longer wants the product, or cannot complete installation due to lack of experience, tools, or professional assistance, the customer is responsible for a $50 return shipping fee.
9. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.
However, the returned product must meet our return conditions.
If the item is returned damaged, used, modified, installed, missing parts, or not in its original condition, the refund may be rejected or reduced.
10. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
The inspection process usually takes 5–7 business days.
After inspection, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
11. Order Cancellation
If your order is still being processed and has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, or if a UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carrier tracking number has already been created, the order cannot be canceled immediately.
In that case, you may need to wait until the package is delivered and then start the return process according to this policy.
12. Extended Return Coverage If Applicable
Our standard return and warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
If your order includes an extended support service, the return and warranty coverage may be extended to 60 days from the date of delivery.
This extended coverage applies only to orders that include the additional support service.
The extended coverage does not change the product specifications, installation requirements, return conditions, or non-returnable situations described in this policy.
13. Important Installation Notice
Many grille products require proper installation, alignment, wiring, or adjustment.
Product fitment and installation results may depend on the vehicle model, year, trim, original parts, tools used, and installation experience.
Lambdauto is not responsible for installation costs, labor fees, damage caused during installation, or issues caused by improper installation.
