At Lambdauto, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
The shipping time shown on our website is an estimated delivery time based on shipping location, package size, product availability, and carrier transit time.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Our standard shipping service is available to the 48 continental U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
APO/FPO addresses
U.S. Protectorates
P.O. Boxes
International addresses
Orders from unsupported shipping areas may not be accepted or may be canceled.
2. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available only within the 48 continental U.S. states.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates, or international locations.
If an address is outside our supported shipping area, the order may not be eligible for checkout or shipment.
3. Shipping Carriers
We mainly ship orders through the following carriers:

UPS
USPS
Large items, such as front grilles and oversized automotive parts, are usually shipped by FedEx or UPS.
Small parts, accessories, or replacement items may be shipped by USPS or another suitable carrier.
The final carrier may vary depending on package size, destination, warehouse availability, and carrier service conditions.
4. Shipping Warehouse
Most U.S. orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.
In some cases, depending on product availability, replacement parts, special orders, or inventory arrangements, your order may be shipped from another warehouse or fulfillment location.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order processing time begins after your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully completed.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or carrier delays, processing time may be slightly longer.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Lambdauto is not responsible for delivery failure, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will try our best to update the address.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
11. Order Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived, please first check the following:
Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct
Check your tracking number on the carrier’s official website
Check whether the carrier marked the package as delivered
Check around your mailbox, garage, front door, side door, or delivery area
Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if they received the package
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer, we can help arrange a replacement shipment to the correct address, but the customer may be responsible for the additional cost.
